The product is well-made and as advertised. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for my particular shape. Knix made return super easy. But what really really impressed me was that Knix said no return of product was necessary for refund and encouraged me to donate or give the bra to someone in need instead. That is the best customer service I have ever encountered! I am very impressed by their goodwill policy.
