Customer service at Knix is wonderful and very helpful.
I have purchased a few items. I love the period undies for those unexpected cough or sneeze leaks.
I have used the returns and refunds which I have had exceptional experience.
My only issue besides the price is the the bras bands tend to stretch around the chest so you need to keep tightening the clasps until you run out and then they are too big. My black bra seems to be keeping it’s shape. My issue is with the dune colour.
