Love the leakproof underwear - they’re super comfortable and effective. Customer service has been good when I’ve needed it. However, I dock stars because I find all Knix products highly overpriced and I have yet to find a good, comfortable fitting Knix bra (and I’ve tried many). Even during sales, prices are high. Please don’t make smart, innovative products for only a select few women who can afford to pay over $20/pair for underwear. Plus, I made an order during one of their sales, received my order incomplete and when I emailed the company they told me they were out of stock (even though I had paid for it at the time of sale). They refunded me but why would you oversell on an item?!
