Great customer service and have been buying for years. I’ve told many people because I’ve always been happy. I’ve been buying since the very beginning. However, about 3-4 years out, my seamless underwear is just all falling apart because of the adhesive is no longer doing what it’s supposed to do. I reached out to their customer service who said that is just the expected life span for their products, which really isn’t that long. I’ve had more traditional bras that have lasted years longer (though not as comfortable). All they could provide was a 10% discount. Wish there was a way to send the products back to get a bigger discount and/or to have them fixed. Now that would truly be something that’s environmentally friendly.
