The customer service is amazing they are quick to respond and help and I haven’t had any problems at all with getting refunds or exchanges on anything. And for me I love that everything ships and is delivered to me fairly quickly I receive my order in as soon as 3 days but no longer than 7-10 days ! I think the prices are fairly reasonable for the quality that you get for the underwear anyway the bras are amazingly comfortable, having a slightly smaller chest I do find I tend to have issues with fit but the sports bras fit me perfectly so I guess it depends on what style of bra you purchase but the deeper v ones tend to gape a bit on me. But honestly I have tried to buy other brands and I just keep coming back to Knix so give it a try and you will not regret it!
