I have been wearing Knix bras for 7 years. The sizing has become inconsistent. I always order Medium bu the last bras I ordered were significantly smaller. The should straps are 2 inches shorter. I cannot wear them. The customer service rep I am dealing with keeps telling me to "wash and stretch them". I have asked to speak to a supervisor but that hasn't happened. It's too bad because I have always like these bras but I'm very disappointed.
