I was extremely disappoint in this whole experience with Knix. I ordered the product and it was not at all what I was thinking. Not a good fit and want was even worse was trying to return the product. I understand that not all products are for everyone but I have no way to return the product. I have emailed, no response. I have called, no one answers. The voice recording says no one is here to answer your call and hangs up. Now I'm doing there live chat, with no one answering the chat. I have been waiting for over 30 mins with no end in sight. Beware! I'm not a fan of there business practices! Thumbs down from me!
