Hi everyone. I GOT A REFUND!! Here's how I did it: Avoid the "Chat", it's computer generated responses. It'll just get you mad. Instead email them and go for the jugular! I emailed them requesting a return address label because the items are terrible! Well of course there was no response. So I emailed them about every 20 to 30 minutes with a slightly altered message for each. They apparently got sick of me and finally emailed me a return address label!! I dropped it off at the post office yesterday afternoon and this morning my refund, in full was in my account. STOP BEING POLITE!! THEY WILL NEVER RESPOND TO POLITE REQUESTS. GET MAD!!!
