Lyn - a prev customer who found out they are cheaters and thieves
So was ordering some sale items and figured out Knix was recouping $10 of my $20 rewards points to now charge me shipping of $10 when before I applied my rewards points shipping was FREE. Then when I applied my rewards points they added shipping of $10 and also INCREASED the previous expedited shipping from $4.50 to $14.50. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! SHAME ON THEM! This company is cheaters, thieves and TOTALLY dishonest! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Cheaters should NEVER PROSPER!
