Ordered 2 sizes. Tried on the 1 I thought would fit; it fit; I loved it and kept it. Tried to return 1 that didn't fit (NOT tried on, tags NOT removed). RETURNS at Knix sent me on an endless LOOP disallowing return (return --> exchange --> return --> exchange --> return --> exchange, etc.) Experienced shopper who returns < 2% of items: THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. GOOD PRODUCTS, BAD SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
