I placed an order with Knix to get something for my daughter. After reaching out to her I found they did not have her size and wanted to cancel all within a 30 minute time span. The issue I have is they have no live customer service for online orders at all!!! You get told a live agent will email you. So far nothing. There is absolutely no way to cancel or even fix a problem of you have one through this company. There is no way I would recommend this company. This fails in customer service and the integrity to try and make things right. No one wants to deal strictly with an AI bot that may or may not get them the message.
