Poor communication of return policy in store. I was a first time buyer, in store, during a Black Friday sale. I was told I could return my nighties until January 31, as long as they were unworn with tags still on. One week later I returned them only to he told that it would be a store credit only. Had. I known this was the policy, I would not have purchased them. When I was told I could return them, I assumed I would get my money back. Nothing is listed in the store. They use paperless billing, so did not have anything to reference. Beware of purchasing anything on sale! Now Knix has my money. I found this very deceptive on sales person’s part. I should have been told up front. Not a fan of deceptive sales practices and will only go back to Knix to use my credit, one day…
