Horrible, horrible Customer Service. On their website, the Live Chat button only gives you an AI assistant. And it's one of the dumbest AI's you'll ever deal with - incapable of understanding the simplest sentence. If you insist on a Live Agent, it will tell you none is available and promise they'll email ASAP. It gets you off their chatline, but the thing is NO EMAIL ANSWER WILL EVER COME! They sure must be saving losts of money by not paying any customer service personnel, but they are not passing the savings on to customers. Their prices are still sky high.
