I purchased a bra that did not fit. When I tried to return it they would only give me an exchange. The bra was $55.00 and they gave me 55 points! They website says "Member Points Earn 1 point for every $1 spent, then redeem them at The Rewards Shop." BUT you can only purchase items from the Rewards Shop. Which appears to be items they are have trouble selling. The least expensive item is the Light Leakproof No-Show High Rise for $ 26.00 USD. ANOTHER BUT..... Even if I wanted these ugly panties, I don't have enough points. They want 150 points So, I'm asked to give the bra to someone in need but I don't get $55.00 in merchandise. So, I bought a bra I can't wear and I'm out $55.00. That doesn't even seem legal. I definitely will not EVER buy anything from this company and I will tell everyone about the terrible experience and rip off!
