Ordered 2 black underwear in size L. Received 2 red in XL. Would’ve preferred a refund or just holding onto money money and wait for a restock. Instead they used me as an opportunity to get rid of unwanted inventory and now I have to waste my time with their annoying and cumbersome return policy. Waste of my time. Terrible, pathetic business and customer service. There are too many competing companies for stupid decisions like this. Company will fail and they deserve it.
