I've ordered twice from Knots and received the same outstanding service. It was a pleasant experience transacting with the Knots Team. Simple requests like providing photos of the order and giving confirmation of delivery and acceptance down to providing an invoice for the transaction were some of the things that are essential to achieve customer satisfaction because it only means that the vendor and the service are legitimate. And for that I give them two thumbs up for exceptional customer service! :)
