I ordered a flower bouquet through knots because of the beautiful flower selections and arrangements. Since my friend had to propose to his girlfriend, it had to be classy, feminine and timeless. We ordered the Pumping hearts bouquet which the soon-to-be-bride loved. Of course, she said "Yes" to the proposal! The staff, Karen, was also helpful in making sure the bouquet arrived at the right time prior to the dinner proposal. My only concern was when I received the bouquet, the flowers already started to wilt, it had brown sections all over and the smaller flowers were squished so their shape was not the best it can be, probably by the paper bag/box. Hope the flowers can be fresher and in better condition and shape in the next order. Might be better to place them in a bigger bag/box next time to avoid getting squished during delivery, or upgrade the mode of delivery. Willing to pay extra to ensure the flowers will be in the best condition upon receipt. Will order again for any other occasion. Thank you!
