It's not my 1st time buying flowers from Knots PH because their flowers are guaranteed fresh. On top of this, they have great customer service. 1. They are very responsive through Viber 2. They were able to follow the special instructions we requested for the bouquet we ordered for our mom 3. I was given a bouquet bought from their store, but it had 1 damaged flower stem. Their staff did not ignore my messages and to compensate, they even sent me a beautiful complementary bouquet. Thank you Knots PH! It was very much appreciated.
