The customer journey of booking online was great with good email status update right up to delivery . It was for my bestie birthday and the flower arrangements was absolutely stunning, gorgeous and beautiful. She was thrilled with her flowers and loved it upon receiving. You made my friend’s birthday great. Thanks you so much. My one complaint was the standee accompanied the flowers should change to Happy Birthday rather than Happy Anniversary as it was stated as a Birthday gift Overall,I’m still very satisfied with the service and will definitely order again.
