Knot's staff respond timely whenever I communicated with them and they let me know early on that some items are not available and asked me if I am happy with what they are replacing these with. When I emailed them to make sure my sister's name is spelled correctly, they actioned it cheerfully On the day of delivery, they showed photos of what they are sending and the flowers, cake and gift basket arrive within the timeframe they promised.
