Talking about customer experience as an international buyer ordering bouquet for my friend, I would give 5 stars with no hesitation. What I like most is the proactive progress update and especially the photo of the completely and beautifully decorated bouquet as what I expected based on the photo I see on website all the way until it‘s timely delivered. My friend sent me the photo after she got the bouquet and she’s really impressed. I also like the shop’s decorated card and ribbon and the bag. Overall, I would highly recommended and will come back in other occasion for my friends in the Philippines.
