Not a great experience at all. Buying: I asked about the sizing chart as it definitely looked like they had a mix up somewhere. I was advised to order my usual size. Order: It took some time to arrive but I wasn't disappointed in that. The packaging had way too much plastic, bags in bags, in a bag. Quality and actual underwear: not great at all. Too small, non stretchy so dig in. No matter how much they say that are true to size, they are not! The seems don't include all the material so there are holes and baggy bits as it's not attached as it should be. Customer service: non existent! nobody will respond back to me to help me now they've had £70+ off me. I had one message which stated they are true to size before I ordered and they won't respond on insta, Facebook, messenger etc. Just avoid!
