Poor quality items, sizing all over the place, and poor customer service. Avoid!! I ordered 5 pairs of underwear, all size small. Two fit perfectly, two were way too small (comparing the waistbands showed they were just totally different sizes) and one item was never delivered at all. Knotty offered to let me re-order the faulty items, but the original designs were all out of stock, and I was expected to pay again for postage. I requested a refund for the faulty and missing items only and have been ignored - I am owed £27 for the two faulty and one missing item at present and Knotty are no longer replying to my emails.
