I ordered from the buy 1 get 2 free and only got 1 when I queried I was told I had ordered wrong ? To receive my 2 free I would have to order again and purchase another - not acceptable then I was told well you’ll have to pay for postage - again why should I pay more when you didn’t honour agreement - nothing since very very poor service x
