Had a swimsuit show up damaged. Asked if I could upgrade my shipping within 10 minutes of placing the order and was told no because it was prepping for shipment which I could understand,... then it didn't ship for 6 business days. No returns or exchanges so I ended up with 2 of the same swimsuit because even though my measurements were supposed to work perfect for one size, still needed to size up. Not the worst, but not exactly thrilled.
