I love their underwear, however, their post-purchase set up and customer service leave something to be desired. After I made my purchase, an automated offer populated and I thought I clicked decline, but accidently clicked yes. There was no confirm purchase option, was automatically purchased with one click, and the item was $50. There was no way to modify or cancel my order at all. I emailed cusomter service immediately and they said it was automated and they also couldn't cancel or modify the order either. They responded about 12 hours after my email. I also could not return the items after they arrived because they were undergarments, which I understand but also - how is there no way to modify my order? Customer service was no help and did not reply to my last email. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will now reconsider any future purchases.
