They literally lost my order. Charged me $24 and then it sat in “ready to ship” status for 3 weeks in my Shop app and then when I reached out to customer service to ask where they were, nobody responded and it disappeared from the Shop tracker altogether. No contact, no refund, Knotty just literally stole my money.
