Terrible customer service. They won't give me an ETA for package arrival and the shipping/tracking hasn't been updated for over 2 weeks. Can't talk to anybody. I've emailed questions several times and get automated responses. I want to cancel my order because it's scammy. And I can't even do that. Going through my bank.
