I’d be happy to write a review if, in fact, I’d received the products I purchased on December 31. One item was out of stock. I came to a resolution with Knotty to send a “surprise” item on January 10. There have been no updates and tracking still shows that a shipping label was created on Jan 3 but the carrier has not received a package. Today is Jan 16. Almost a week after they said it was successfully resolved and no communication or updates to tracking. So I can’t review the product.
