I recieved a wrong item in my order, I reached out and was given a credit to replaced said item. However, the item I was supposed to get is now out of stock. And the ones similar to it have now gone up in price. Also the credit didn't cover tax or shipping. So in order to get the item I ordered, I now have to wait for it to come back in stock, or order one at a higher price, and pay taxes and shipping on-top of it. So I'm definitely disappointed in the customer service. Sure crediting me was a nice gesture, but I would have gathered they sent me the item I ordered (or if not in stock asked me which pattern I wanted instead) so that I could avoid the shipping and tax etc.
