“These are awful underwear. Three of six pairs I've bough have unraveled within weeks. It seems to be the black threads that unravel and leave huge holes. The fabric is great but the stitching renders the underwear useless. My solution from Knotty was 30% off next order. There will not be a next order.”

Each time I ask for assistance, the only response I get is "wait longer." I waited longer and still nothing, so I emailed them back and got another "wait longer."
