The design could use some improvement; the elastics are quite tight on the waist and don't fit with the size of the actual boxer. The pouch in the front is also looser thant the rest, which for me, as I trans person, I don't complain too much about because it leaves a bit of room for packing. But since the majority of Knotty's marketing is geared toward cis-women, I think that might be annoying for them. Other wise the prints are cute and fabric soft and comfortable.
