I appreciate Knotty Knickers for offering cute, size inclusive styles, but there’s nothing really worth celebrating if you’re spending $30+ CDN for poor quality, damaged materials.
I ordered AiraModal panties and received a pair with holes in the gusset/bum seam. Unfortunately didn’t see this within 5 days of receiving the order, so the best Customer Service could do was offer a modest discount for a future purchase.
I just don’t think that I would bother ordering these cheap products again. The disappointment is real.
