Both orders have required me to contact customer service about the shipment. On the second package, the order status continues to show "unfulfilled." Each time I ask for assistance, the only response I get is "wait longer." I waited longer and still nothing, so I emailed them back and got another "wait longer."
This company has poor policies and poor service. The product quality is not worth the hassle you will go through. Save your money.
