Ordered product online Black Friday. 45 minutes after placing order realized it was shipping to a former address in another state. I IMMEDIATELY called their CS department. After spending over 3 hours on phone with different folks just to get shipping address changed or order cancelled, I got "WE sent an email to fulfillment." . Here it is 3 days later and I noticed online that ORDER WAS ShIPPED anyways to wrong address...I called back yet again to CS.. Now CS tells me that they "OPENED TICKET to get product back from shipper. So it took Kohls over 2 days to ship product to a wrong address but they couldn't change address or cancel order when I realized error! Now several hundred dollars worth of product is in route to an address that is 9 hours away from me. WHAT A NIGHTMARE and NO HELP!!
