Placed an online order on the 15 of October. Recieved 4 of the 9 items.
Called and got someone from India that I couldn't understand. She said my items were on there way. She needed all 5 items that I purchased which I'm assuming she ordered for me again. Keep in mind I've already been charged for these items that I've never received. I called back on Monday the first of November. Talked to someone from India again. She said one of my items had been taken off my order which I still was charged for and never received. She also wanted my 5 items again! I told her I wanted to talk to a supervisor and she said they were busy and they would call me back which never happened. I'm very disappointed with the online services. My daughter and I have been shopping with Kohl's for years and spent lots of money. I guess my lesson is don't use online shopping with them. How can they charge your account if you don't get the merchandise!!
