I recently placed an order through my Kohls App. I added a new card and a new shipping address, however, my order defaulted to the wrong address. My order was delivered to AZ instead of WI. When I tried to get help Kohls customer service was HORRIBLE! Both in the store and on the phone customer service was unacceptable. When I called the store for help the "customer service associate" had no idea how to help me. She gave me a number to call. That "customer service associate" was even worse! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I waited on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered the phone. I, too, work for a large corporation in customer service. I would be fired for this lack of response. In today's market Kohls better step up their service! Very disappointing experience!
