I ordered a lot of things from Kohls online and when I went to track my order, it said there was an “exception” to 2 of my orders. When I called the customer service number for kohls all they told me was that maybe the person delivering my item could not find my address even though I have ordered from kohls many times before and I just had something delivered on the same day which was part of that order. The customer representative named Ana would not help me no matter how many times I requested to speak to a supervisor and just said that they would tell me the same thing that I would have to wait 30 days for a refund even though I just wanted my items and not a refund. I used my discounts and kohls cash and I wanted my items but she just said that I would have to wait 30 days and order them again and hopefully they would get to me. I have never felt so upset in my life by a representative. She said that everyone was too busy to talk to me. I asked her if a supervisor can call me back since she has my phone number and she just kept saying that they are too busy and that was it.
