I went into the store to make a payment. I have always been able to walk in, give my Soc. # and make a payment. We'll. Not anymore. So. I walked out. Called their customer service phone number to make a payment by phone. I have always used my debit card for payments. Well. Not anymore. They want your bank account information. Whichbi don't carry it me. And. I'm out of town. My payment is due TODAY and they won't accept my payments. I'm highly upset. I asked the lady on the phone if they could extend my due date for a couple days then fir the fact I've tried to pay twice and this is a huge hassle now. She said no. If I get charged a late fee, call them back maybe they could remove it.
Soooo utterly TICKED OFF.
