Not only did I waste 15 minutes of my life explaining the same situation to a customer representative called Ivan at Kohls customer service via a phone call, what country he was in I don't know, but afterwards I was sent a survey to fill out regarding Ivan which I did.
I also put on that survey that I'd left a message with Kohls headquarters this same very morning being Thursday 7-20-23 asking quite clearly for someone to call me back.
So the customer care support is useless and nobody in headquarters can be bothered to call you back either. What has this company come to?
