Kohls sent a pair of pants with a different SKU # from the pair I purchased online. Tried to return and they wouldn't return because of wrong SKU. I called 5 times to customer service and visited store 3 times. I had to call customer service while in line at store so they could communicate on how to refund item. The customer service told the store to keep pants and they would issue refund on their end. So finally I thought problem resolved but it's been almost a month and no refund. So I called customer service about refund and they basically said sorry about your luck it shows we refunded the money but it does not show up on bank statement. So basically they stole money from me and said there is nothing you can do about it. I know why they received a 1.5 star should be 0 star. Calling attorney general office next.
