I ordered a watch from Kohls onNov. 2024, and when it out for delivery to me, suddenly it was sent back ...insufficient address! This was the warehouse in Aurora, il fault because they left my apt. # off! I have called customer service 5 times to try to get a refund and have been told something different each time! First 8 days, then 30 days, then another seven days to get a refund credit on my card. Asked to speak to a manager but was told they were too busy answering phones! Still have not received a refund but did get an email saying it might be another 30 days! Very frustrating since I have a bill to pay in about two weeks that still have the $50 charge on there! Horrible experience!
