I like aesthetic design and the quality of jewelry. I am a swimmer, and struggle with anxiety. It has helped me especially at bedtime when I’m trying to settle down, as well as before swim practice to remind myself to regulate my breathing in the water. I do a lot of yoga and I look forward to taking it to the studio to use it during my breathing exercises. Very happy to have a beautiful tool always at my disposal.
