I wear this necklace every day and in the shower after my workouts with no issues. The necklace itself is delicate, so I do not sleep with it on. The positions of the letters on the necklace sit perfectly on your neck line without riding around on your neck, which I love!
I did reach out to them because I wanted to put a gift note for the breathe cue for my daughter, but it did not give an option so I reached out to them and they thought giving that option to buyers was a great idea. In the meantime, they asked me if they could write a note to my daughter with my words which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture since I was sending it to her as a gift.
