“I've been using the Komuso as a breathing apparatus for an airborne Onion allergy and it has been a useful tool for managing my breathing challenges during exposure.
My only feedback is that I find myself questioning which direction is up on the mouth piece. I usually just go by what works in that moment.”
“The color of the pink shift is not a blush. I reached out to support and they basically gaslit me. Not what I wanted and they kept basically saying they could see not see a difference in the color. Not sure if the customer service agent was color blind. Anyway I asked if I could send it back and get the blue one instead. They agreed so I sent it back. When I emailed to follow up they said they accidentally sent me the refund instead of sending me the replacement. At that point I was kind of done to be honest”
“I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the Komuso considering the price. The chain is not sterling silver and is very low quality. The device itself was a bit shorter than I’d imagined, but I did not look at the dimensions, so that parts on me. I have gone back to using a regular plastic straw as it can be cut to a slightly longer length.”
