“I've wanted to write a review for awhile, but didn't quite know the words to say. I was skeptical, I had tried cheaper necklaces on Amazon. However, I was looking for something to help me manage my anxiety as well as quit vaping, I stumbled upon Komuso. I loved the look of them, the Active Shift caught my eye first. I wasn't going to just spend my money because something appealed to me though. I looked around the Komuso Design website, read everything, looked at all the products. I really liked what I saw, and could easily get behind what the owners stood for. I also couldn't argue with the science behind how it works. Roughly a little over 2 months since I placed my first order, and I have found this really does help ease my anxiety, it slows down the racing thoughts when I inhale, hold, then do a long exhale. I order the device trough shop away in the morning
Few minutes after I saw the order I saw the invoice and the shipping address was different from the billing address
I try to contact Komuso but there is not a phone number for costumer service
I send few emails during the day
I receive the reply in the late afternoon that the device was already shipped
Anyway I’m happy the shift was replaced and send it correct address few days later
