I was skeptical that this would work, but also desperately hoping for something that could help me with my constant craving for vaping after 5 days (and hundreds of day 1s) of quitting. This has been a dramatic change, now I’m consistently turning to the Komuso when I feel angst or anxiety. I take it everywhere. Grateful for such a simple solution for a long term struggle with quitting nicotine, and feeling confident I can quit this time.
