I love my new Komuso so much. I have had it for a few weeks. Just the training video of the five slow breaths and the mindfulness that goes with it has already helped me so much. Yesterday was a crazy, off-the-charts stressful day! I was stuck on repeat as I ranted to my spouse before dinner! Suddenly I remembered to use the Shift and had instant calm. Amazing.
