I got one for myself, my husband, and my youngest (6) who has ADHD and severe anxiety. We’ve only had the Shift Active for 3 days, but we love them!
If you follow the instructions, you can feel your brain and body relaxing by the third or fourth breath. It’s definitely a great tool to have in our household!
