This was my second purchase of the Komuso necklace. I bought one for my daughter for her 60th birthday.
She practiced conscious breathing with her necklace the week before she had gallbladder surgery and during her post-op period and sailed through the experience with peace and calm.
It will, no doubt, be a gift that is purchased often until all those whom I love are a part of the Komuso family.
