The concept of komuso is brilliant, the item is fabulous. However the ordering process is terrible. I ordered a komuso and deluxe chain, all said in stock, after a week I was told the deluxe chain was out of stock, then told it's in stock in a different location. So they'd be sent separately. I received the komuso after a further two weeks but I'm still waiting for the chain after a further month. Still no sign of it turning up and I've given up and ordered another one from a different company, which arrived in 3 days. Customer service has been responsive to emails and gave me a discount but lacking in any effort to track where it is or if it'll ever get here. I bought this for a friends birthday, now it won't be here for Christmas !. The irony of this is I fancied buying a silver one, after this ordering mess now I really need one !! .... but won't be ordering again .
