My review is mostly based on the order process, impress me how come it takes 7+ days to shipped the product from US to Canada even though a shipping fee was charge, during these days no real update in the website to track the item either.
After all the product arrived but kind of banished the excitement of it. The product it helps to keep your mind away in times of stress and anxiety.
Hopefully you can work on improving the shipping process.
